API Playground: We do not store any documents you upload or process while using our API playground. These documents are processed in memory and are immediately discarded after the processing is complete. However, you are still responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any documents you upload for testing purposes.

Our Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Ogow API or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through our Services, except as necessary for your use of the Services as permitted by these Terms.

5. Fees and Payment

Some of our Services may be offered on a fee basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you use. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
